Dominic “Dom” Rubino began his career in the trades, building contracting businesses in painting, handyman services, and even installing Christmas lights on cedar shake roofs in the rain.

Although he was great at the work, Dom quickly discovered that being a skilled contractor and building a profitable business were two very different things. That realization led him to master sales, management, and the business side of contracting.

Since becoming a business coach in 2000, Dom has built and sold two multinational companies, including a 140-employee organization and a global coaching franchise with more than 200 locations, built alongside renowned author Brian Tracy.
